How does your participation help?

Three years ago, a group of caring and committed 8th grade students began a service-learning project to help beautify The Pinnacle and to improve land usage at the school. These students began a process of collaboration and civic involvement that came to fruition in the summer of 2007 with the renovation/expansion of our playground and the creation of a beautiful natural area and classroom for our students, staff, and community to enjoy. Once a bleak field, with buses parked on top of browned grass, this area now boasts basketball courts, new playground equipment, a new play surface and a beautifully landscaped outdoor learning area complete with picnic tables, native trees and shrubs, new fences, and more.

Your participation in our golf tournament will help to cover costs associated with this project. Thank you!
